Whether working with large established firms such as Digital Equipment Corp., Compaq and Cadence, or small startups, Sarah leverages company strengths in new and existing technology in ways that capture media attention. Her specialties include strategic planning, bullet-proof news messaging, media training for maximum influence with press and analyst communities, high-impact company and product launches, compelling customer stories, worldwide branding and sustained publicity. Prior to working as a PR consultant for the past several years, Sarah led Public Relations for the Systems & Functional Verification group at Cadence Design Systems where she introduced the Incisive Platform for verification of large, complex chips. Earlier, she managed Innoveda's global PR until its acquisition by Mentor Graphics. Previously she handled Compaq's Industry Solutions PR, and served in various corporate and product Marcom/PR positions at Digital Equipment Corp. where she introduced Alpha - the industry's first 64-bit chip - and oversaw all product and corporate announcements, as well as publicity for the company's R&D laboratory. She began her high-tech career as a technical writer at Prime Computer. Sarah graduated cum laude from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. |
